Female Passenger Injured in Accident, West Althea Avenue
Firebaugh, Calif. (August 3, 2023) — A multi-vehicle accident happened Thursday afternoon in the city of Firebaugh on West Althea Avenue.
The collision occurred about 12:42 p.m. on August 3rd, in Fresno County according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A dump truck and a grey Toyota Camry collided which resulted in the Toyota itself becoming a major traffic hazard in the middle of the roadway. A female passenger involved in the crash exited her vehicle with a shoulder injury and requested an ambulance. The ambulance was called along with the area’s fire department to help respond to help those injured in the accident.
Meanwhile, tow trucks responded to remove the damaged vehicles off the roadway on West Althea Avenue. It was reported that the Toyota Camry had major damage to the front left side of the vehicle.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine who is at fault for the accident on West Althea Avenue in Firebaugh.
