Juvenile Killed in Car Accident Between American River Canyon Drive and Folsom Auburn Road Thursday
Folsom, CA (May 20, 2021) – A juvenile died following a single-car crash on Greenback Lane Thursday evening, according to FOX40 News.
Primary reports indicated a vehicle with two occupants veered off the roadway for an unknown reason. The car eventually slammed into a tree along the eastbound side of Greenback Lane. Officials mentioned the catastrophic incident took place in the area between American River Canyon Drive and Folsom Auburn Road.
Shortly after the wreck, emergency crews arrived at the site and rendered aid to both the adult driver and juvenile passenger. Authorities said the juvenile did not survive the collision. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

Authorities added the driver, believed to be the father of the fatal victim, suffered injuries in the crash.
