Bicyclist Injured in Crash in Front of Beech Avenue Elementary School
FONTANA, Calif. (Sept. 11, 2023) — A bicycle accident on Beech Avenue in front of the elementary school happened Monday morning at Pine Avenue in Fontana.
The collision occurred around 8:06 a.m. on Sept. 11th in front of the Beech Avenue Elementary School, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Police responded to the scene and located a vehicle on top of the victim’s leg, the report said.
Paramedics responded and transported the injured person to Kaiser Fontana. The CHP reported the “patient was awake and breathing when transported,” but there are no further details. The report also did not mention the victim’s age, gender or identity.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the pedestrian accident on Beech Avenue in Fontana.
