1 Badly Injured in Fontana Crash at Almond Avenue and Arrow Route
FONTANA, CA (May 14, 2021) – One was badly injured after a car crash at Almond Avenue and Arrow Route in Fontana.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Friday evening. According to their dispatch team, officers reported the wreck shortly after 6 p.m.
CHP said a black Hyundai and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason. The two crashed at the intersection of Almond Avenue and Arrow Route in Fontana.
Car Collision Near Foothill Boulevard
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near Foothill Boulevard. They found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the intersection of Almond Avenue and Arrow Route to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Fontana crash.
