By Susan Schaben
FONTANA, California (April 1, 2014) – At least one person was injured Tuesday morning in a collision between the drivers of a small compact car and a cement truck on the westbound Interstate 210 Freeway near Beech Avenue, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
About 8:41 a.m., CHP officers responded with paramedics to the truck accident just east of the Interstate 15 freeway. They reported that a silver Toyota compact car was in the center divider facing the wrong way and blocking the HOV and No. 1 lanes.
Paramedics assisted those who were injured in the crash, but the report did not specify whether anyone was transported to a hospital.
“Police are investigating this accident to determine liability,” said Attorney James Johnson, founder of Johnson Attorneys Group. “This report will provide details about how the accident occurred and assign liability to one or both of the drivers. Whoever is deemed liable for the accident is responsible for injuries and property damages incurred in the crash.”
