2 Killed in Traffic Collision at Redwood and Slover Avenue Sunday
Fontana, CA (August 15, 2021) – Two people died following a car crash that occurred in the area of Redwood and Slover Avenue early Sunday.
The Fontana Herald News reported two vehicles collided at the Fontana intersection. Officials identified the cars involved in the wreck as a gray Nissan Versa and a black GMC Sierra. Preliminary investigation revealed the Nissan failed to stop for the sign at the intersection, and was struck by the GMC heading west on Slover.

According to the article published online, the force from the impact resulted in fatal injuries to two Nissan occupants. Medical personnel arrived at the site shortly after 12:45 a.m., and sadly pronounced the two parties dead. The names of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the driver of the GMC appeared unharmed after the incident.
Further investigation on the fatal car crash at Redwood and Slover Avenue in Fontana is ongoing.
