At Least 1 Hurt in Car Accident on I-10 Freeway Monday
Fontana, CA (May 10, 2021) – An alleged hit-and-run car crash occurred on Interstate 10 Freeway in Fontana, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Officials said two or more vehicles collided on the eastbound lanes of the freeway at Cherry Avenue. The CHP logged the car crash at about 10:20 p.m.
When emergency teams arrived at the location, the found a black Honda CRV disabled near the center divider. Meanwhile, the make and model of the other vehicles involved in the wreck remained unknown.
Medical personnel checked the conditions of all people at the accident scene, and mentioned at least one person sustained injuries from the crash. Due to the severity of their conditions, paramedics rushed the injured party to Kaiser for treatment.

Meanwhile, authorities later confirmed a motorist involved in the wreck fled the scene. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
