FONTANA, California (Saturday, July 11, 2015) – A male pedestrian was struck and severely injured in a hit-and-run incident at Lytle Creek Road and Glen Helen Parkway. A civilian respondent to the situation stopped traffic, according to a California Highway Patrol report. The San Bernardino Fire and Sheriff’s departments arrived on the scene within minutes.
Police are investigating the hit-and-run for leads on the suspect.
