Skateboard Rider Injured in Fontana Crash Near Miller and Juniper Avenues
FONTANA, CA (January 28, 2022) – A skateboard rider was hospitalized after a crash near Miller and Juniper avenues in Fontana.
According to an article published by The Fontana Herald News, the accident took place on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the collision at about 2:23 p.m.
The incident happened on January 26 when a gray Toyota Camry struck a juvenile riding a skateboard in the city of Fontana. Police said the car hit the victim near the intersection of Miller and Juniper avenues.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the child who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to an area hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not disclose the condition of the wounded party at this time.
Meanwhile, police did not mention if the driver stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the juvenile. Officers forced the area of Miller and Juniper avenues to shut down following the collision.
The cause of the Fontana skateboard crash is still under investigation.
