2 Boys Injured in Fort Bragg Pedestrian Crash at Oak and Harold Streets
FORT BRAGG, CA (November 17, 2021) – Two boys were injured after a pedestrian crash at Oak and Harold streets in Fort Bragg.
According to an article published by The Press Democrat, the accident took place on Tuesday morning. Officers reported the collision on November 16 shortly after 8 a.m.
The incident happened when two 11-year-old boys were crossing the intersection of Oak and Harold streets in Fort Bragg, Police said a pickup truck hit them in the crosswalk.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the juveniles hurt. They took one patient to a hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Medical personnel at the site treated the other boy who sustained minor wounds as a result of the collision. The report did not disclose the condition of the victims at this time.
Meanwhile, the driver of the car told police that his vision became impaired by the sun when he struck the children. He stopped and cooperated with the officials.
Officers forced the area of Oak and Harold streets to close following the crash. The Fort Bragg pedestrian incident is still under investigation.
