FORT JONES, California (May 2, 2016) — A car crashed underneath a logging truck Monday afternoon at Highway 3 Fort Jones Road, just north of Moffett Creek Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 1:04 p.m. between the small 4-door sedan and was blocking both lanes of the roadway. The car was partially stuck underneath the trailer and was towed from the scene. Paramedics responded to help the injured and an investigation into liability for the crash is underway.
