SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CA (July 21, 2021) – Authorities detained Fortino Reyes-Domingo after a fatal DUI crash at Mariposa and Dodds roads in Escalon.
The California Highway Patrol determined that the 45-year-old Manteca man was under the influence of alcohol when the wreck occurred.
