One Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash Pearblossom Highway
PEARBLOSSOM, Calif. (Dec. 16, 2024) – Francisco Alatorre, 55, died Saturday in a multi-vehicle crash on Pearblossom (138) Highway in the Pearblossom area of Antelope Valley.
The traffic accident occurred at 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14th in the eastbound lanes of Highway 138 at Longview Road, the California Highway Patrol said.
The drivers of a white semi-truck, a silver sedan, and two other vehicles were involved, but it’s unknown what led up to the accident.
Authorities reported all eastbound lanes were blocked by the vehicles.
Francisco Alatorre suffered major injuries and died at the scene of the crash on Pearblossom Highway.
Finally, the eastbound lanes of Pearblossom Highway 138 reopened at 6:12 a.m. the next morning, the report said.
The cause of the crash and liability will be determined.
