Ontario Resident Dies in Multi-Vehicle Collision Near Mountain Avenue
Chino, CA (November 27, 2021) – Francisco Alexis Ramirez Villa, a 22-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route 60.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported multiple vehicles collided on the highway near Mountain Avenue in Chino. Our sources indicated the horrible crash took place at about 1:50 a.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found a 2009 Toyota Camry disabled in the middle of the roadway. Responding paramedics reportedly rendered aid to the unconscious passenger in the right-front seat of the Camry. Despite life-saving measures, the victim succumbed to his injuries and died.
Authorities later identified the deceased as Francisco Alexis Ramirez Villa, of Ontario.
According to the accident dispatch, the passenger was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 2:15 a.m.
Several factors surrounding the catastrophic incident remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the deadly car crash on State Route 60 in Chino.
