Frank Anagnos, 61, Fatally Struck by Vehicle at Bear Valley and Mojave Fish Hatchery Road Wednesday
Victorville, CA (August 25, 2021) – Frank Harvey Anagnos, a 61-year-old Apple Valley man, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of Bear Valley and Mojave Fish Hatchery Road.
The Victor Valley News Group reported the collision took place near the new Aldi shopping center Wednesday morning. Preliminary investigation revealed Frank Anagnos attempted to cross the intersection at Bear Valley and Mojave Fish Hatchery.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Victorville, August 25
According to the article published online, a vehicle struck the pedestrian at about 6:38 a.m. Emergency crews arrived at the crash site shortly after the incident. When medical personnel arrived at the location, they found the man lying on the north shoulder of Bear Valley Road. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to Frank Anagnos but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died.
Officials mentioned the driver involved in the collision stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation process.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work at this time to determine several factors surrounding the deadly pedestrian accident in Victorville.
