THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (August 3, 2020) – Ryan Breaux, 18, , the younger brother to Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Frank Ocean, and his friend, Ezekial (Zeek) Bishop, 20 both died Sunday when a Tesla they were riding in crashed at Westlake Boulevard and Skelton Canyon Circle in Thousand Oaks.
