San Bernardino, CA (July 24, 2021) – Freddie Carrillo, a 35-year-old man, died following a car crash that occurred on W. Rialto Avenue on July 23, Friday.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported the man was traveling in the streets of San Bernardino at about 10:28 p.m. Our sources indicated Freddie Carrillo got involved in a horrible collision near the 2300 block of W. Rialto Avenue.

Deadly Car Crash in San Bernardino, July 23

When emergency arrived at the accident scene, they found a male party with serious injuries. Paramedics performed life-saving measures, but Freddie Carrillo succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. Medical personnel pronounced the man dead shortly after 10:40 p.m.

Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained undisclosed. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the fatal car crash in San Bernardino happened.
