Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Highway 84 at Thornton Avenue Offramp Saturday
Fremont, CA (April 17, 2021) – A motorcycle rider died following a traffic accident on State Route 84 Saturday morning, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Initial records indicated a motorcyclist collided with a white Ford pickup in the eastbound side of Highway 84. The horrible crash took place at the Thornton Avenue offramp.
Deadly Motorcycle Collision in Fremont, April 17
Shortly after 8:30 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the site; and found a fully dressed motorcyclist lying in the number one lane of the Fremont highway. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim, but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died.
Police continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the other driver involved in the unfortunate event.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the deadly motorcycle accident on Highway 84 in Fremont.
