Rider Hit and Killed by Big Rig Near A Street
Fremont, CA (October 31, 2022) – A motorcyclist died following a traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 880 Freeway, the KRON4 News reported.
Officials said a man riding a motorcycle crashed for an unknown reason while traveling on the freeway Monday morning. Per local news source, the rider went down and the driver was not able to get up. While lying on the ground, a big rig run over the motorcyclist. The horrible crash took place around 11:55 a.m.
Deadly Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 880 in Fremont
When rescue teams arrived at the scene, they found the rider unconscious. Responding paramedics attempted to revive the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Meanwhile, authorities mentioned the big rig continue driver after the collision. It remained unclear whether the truck operator was aware of their involvement in the catastrophic incident.
