Rider Killed in Collision Near Automall Parkway
Fremont, CA (February 19, 2023) – A motorcyclist died following a traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 880 Freeway Sunday, February 19.
According to the Mercury News, a man riding a motorbike collided with another car in the northbound side of the freeway near Automall Parkway. Additional details on the description of the motor-vehicle involved in the horrible crash have not been revealed thus far.
Deadly Traffic Accident on Interstate 880 in Fremont
Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 6:20 p.m. When medical personnel arrived, they immediately attended to the motorcyclist lying in the roadway. The victim eventually succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision, and passed away. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the fatal collision on Interstate 880 Freeway in Fremont.
