FREMONT (August 12, 2016)- According to the East Bay Times, Denny’s Employee was injured after a truck crashed into the restaurant Friday morning.
The incident took place at precisely 9:44 a.m. at Denny’s location located at 5280 Mowry Avenue, said fire Division Chief Diane Hendry.
The employee who worked as a cashier suffered injuries described as being moderate and non-life-threatening was rushed to a local Alameda County hospital.
The victim remains unidentified at this time.
No information was provided regarding the status of the driver and whether or not the motorist was under the influence.
