1 Injured After Car VS Dozer Tender Crash at Fork and Trinity Mountain Roads
FRENCH GULCH, Shasta County (August 7, 2018) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision Monday evening in the area of Fork and Trinity Mountain roads.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a dozer tender and a civilian vehicle collided for unknown reasons at the intersection around 8:26 p.m.
Shortly after the incident, at least one ambulance arrived at the scene and rendered aid to the parties involved. Officials mentioned one person from the civilian vehicle suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. The victim was provided treatment for head and neck trauma, but their condition at this time remained unclear.
No immediate information was released on the identity of the dozer operator, and their condition after the crash.
The detectives handling the case continue to work to determine what happened here and why.
