3 Injured in French Valley Crash at Winchester Road and Benton Street
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (June 27, 2021) – Several were injured after a car crash at Winchester Road and Benton Street in French Valley.
The Riverside County Fire Department received a call about the accident on Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 2:31 p.m.
According to Cal Fire, three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in French Valley. They crashed at the intersection of Winchester Road, known as Highway 79, and Benton Street.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found a total of three people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
One patient sustained major injuries while the other two suffered minor wounds upon impact. Medical personnel then took them to a hospital for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Winchester Road and Benton Street to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the French Valley crash.
