Teen Injured in French Valley Hit-and-Run Crash on Lilac Sky Lane
FRENCH VALLEY, CA (November 24, 2021) – A teen was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash on Lilac Sky Lane in French Valley.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Wednesday evening. According to their dispatch, officers reported the accident at about 7:05 p.m.
CHP said a vehicle struck the 16-year-old victim for an unknown reason in French Valley. The driver hit the person at 31562 Lilac Sky Lane.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene between Fiesta Flower Street and Black Sage Place. They found the teen who sustained a head injury as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Inland Valley Medical Center for treatment. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the motorist did not stop to help the juvenile and fled the area. Officers forced a stretch of Lilac Sky Lane to shut down following the collision.
The cause of the French Valley hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
