Man Injured in Bicycle Accident on Jensen Ave
FRESNO, Calif. (August 18, 2023) – A driver struck and injured a man in a bicycle accident Thursday night on Jensen Avenue in Fresno.
The collision occurred around 6 p.m. on August 17th at Jensen Avenue and East Avenue in Fresno, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Police officers responded to the scene after someone reported the vehicle versus bicycle accident.

They located a man in his 50’s down in the roadway with serious injuries, according to Your Central Valley. Paramedics transported him to a hospital where he was listed in stable condition with critical injuries.
Investigators determined the bicyclist was hit while attempting to cross the intersection. He did not have the right of way and entered from the south side of Jensen Avenue. An eastbound driver traveling at an unknown speed struck the man.
The bicycle accident on Jensen Avenue remains under investigation by the Fresno Police Department.
