2 Pickup Trucks Collide on Central Avenue in Fresno
FRESNO, Calif. (July 22, 2021) – A Fresno car accident happened Thursday morning at East Central Avenue and South Temperance Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a a silver Chevrolet pickup truck and a silver Ford pickup truck collided due to unknown circumstances, the CHP said. The pileup happened about 7:55 a.m. and caused both trucks to veer off the roadway into a nearby field, police said. Debris scattered across the roadway.
Fresno Crash Investigation Central Avenue
Investigators closed down the roadway briefly for the cleanup and investigation. Meanwhile, tow trucks responded and removed the two damaged vehicles from the field.
Paramedics responded with at least one ambulance for the injured.
Additionally, authorities are piecing together evidence to determine fault for the Fresno car accident at Central Avenue.
