Father and Son Injured in Crash on Belmont Near Delno Avenue
FRESNO (August 21, 2018) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision on Belmont Avenue Tuesday afternoon, according to Fresno Bee.
Preliminary investigation revealed police were searching for the bandit who struck another party at a Motel 6 near Highway 99 and Shaw Avenue around 1 p.m. Then, at about 2:30 p.m., undercover officers spotted near Belmont and Delno avenues a black BMW believed to be involved in the crime.
The suspect, identified as 24-year-old Trayvon Bookman, apparently sped away east on Belmont and struck another vehicle heading south on Belmont.
Injury Car Accident Tuesday in Fresno
As per the article, the victim’s vehicle was occupied by an adult male and his son at that time. Medical records indicated both parties were taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown extent of injuries. The names of the patients, and their conditions at this time remained unclear.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned the suspect and his girlfriend were also hospitalized after the crash.
