Major Injury Car Crash Near Tulare Street Saturday
Fresno, CA (February 13, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic collision on State Route 41, also known as Yosemite Freeway, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
CHP logged the accident Saturday at about 11:10 a.m.
According to the dispatch, at least two automobiles crashed on SR-41, also known as Yosemite Freeway, near the Tulare Street junction. Officials briefly described the vehicles involved in the wreck as a blue Ford pickup truck and a blue SUV.
The force from the impact led the SUV to smash against the center divider. On the other hand, the Ford drove up the embankment.

When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found one person lying on the roadway. The victim suffered injuries as a result of the collision and appeared to have blood on their face. At this time, it remained unclear whether paramedics treated the patient at the scene or transported them to a hospital.
Additional details on the wreck have not been revealed thus far. Police reportedly shut down the Tulare Street ramp from SR-41 to give way to the investigation process.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the car accident on 41 Freeway in Fresno.
