1 Seriously Injured in Fresno Crash at Brawley and Jensen Avenues
FRESNO, CA (January 11, 2022) – At least one was seriously injured after a crash at Brawley Avenue and Jensen Avenue in Fresno.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Tuesday afternoon. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 4:52 p.m.
CHP said a big rig and three more vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Fresno. They crashed at the intersection of South Brawley and West Jensen avenues.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
The incident log described two of the cars involved as a Nissan and a Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found one person who ended up suffering from major injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took the patient to the Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, the cause of the Fresno crash is still under investigation.
CHP forced the area of Brawley and Jensen avenues to shut down for nearly two hours following the wreck.
