1 Injured in Fresno Crash at Palm Avenue and Ashlan Avenue
FRESNO, CA (May 27, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Palm Avenue and Ashlan Avenue in Fresno.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the wreck took place on Thursday morning. Officers reported the accident at about 7:50 a.m.
The report log said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Fresno. They crashed at the intersection of North Palm and East Ashlan avenues.
2 Cars Collide in Fresno
CHP described the cars involved as a silver Honda SUV and a blue Ford. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near the Figarden community.
Medical personnel then found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision. They took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor to moderate injuries.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Palm and Ashlan avenues to shut down for an hour following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Fresno crash.
