Motorcyclist Injured in Car Accident at Fresno Intersection

FRESNO, Calif. (Oct. 24, 2023) – A Fresno motorcycle accident happened Monday afternoon on Bullard Avenue near Palm Avenue in Fresno.

The traffic accident occurred at around 4 p.m. on Oct. 23rd, according to Your Central Valley News.

A car was heading eastbound on Bullard Avenue and the motorcycle rider was traveling westbound. The car driver attempted to turn left into a parking lot and reportedly crossed into the path of an oncoming motorcycle rider who was entering the same lane, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Police and paramedics responded to the scene and located the injured motorcyclist. They transported the injured rider to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.

Meanwhile, the Fresno Police Department reports the driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation into what happened.

The case remains under investigation.
