Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man on Highway 180
Fresno County, CA (May 31, 2023) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Highway 180 and Bryan Avenue Wednesday night, May 31.
Officials said a vehicle struck a man walking on the highway in Fresno County. Preliminary investigation revealed the pedestrian was on foot heading in a northerly direction along Bryan Avenue. When the man attempted to cross the highway, an eastbound vehicle hit him. The horrible crash took place around 10:30 p.m.
Fatal Bicycle Accident in Fresno County
According to FOX26 News, emergency crews responded to the accident scene and rendered aid to the victim. Paramedics performed life-saving efforts to the pedestrian but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
The driver involved in the unfortunate event stayed and cooperated with the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to gather information to determine liability in the deadly accident that happened at Highway 180 and Bryan Avenue in Fresno County.
