1 Seriously Injured in Fresno County Crash at Henderson Road and Floral Avenue
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (April 3, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a DUI crash at Henderson Road and Floral Avenue in Fresno County.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 7:37 p.m.
CHP said a blue Honda and a Ford Focus collided headed-on. They crashed near the intersection of South Henderson Road and West Floral Avenue in Fresno County.
DUI Driver Hits Another Car Head-On Near Caruthers
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near Caruthers. They found one individual who suffered major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to the hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP determined that a driver involved was under the influence of alcohol when the wreck happened. They closed the intersection of Henderson and Floral following the crash.
Authorities are still investigating the Fresno County collision.
