1 Killed in Fresno County Rollover Crash at Highway 198 and Trinity Avenue
FRESNO COUNTY (July 31, 2020) – At least one was killed after a traffic collision in the area of Highway 198 and Trinity Avenue on Friday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, officers received a call about the fatal accident at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Two vehicles collided for an unknown reason at the intersection of Highway 198 and South Trinity Avenue. The highway is also known West Dorris Avenue.

Their report log indicated that one of the cars involved rolled onto its passenger side with a broken windshield. A male individual ended up lying on the ground outside the overturned vehicle.
Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that one victim died as a result of the crash.
The name of the deceased individual has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, deputies did not mention if any other party was injured upon impact.
Officers closed the westbound lane of the roadway for about an hour following the wreck. The tragic incident remains under investigation.
