Dead Person Found near Millerton Lake
FRESNO (August 13, 2017) – A person was killed in a possible hit-and-run collision near Millerton Road and Winchell Cove Road, according to The Fresno Bee.
The report mentioned local officers are currently investigating a body found near Millerton Lake. The victim was discovered on Sunday at an unknown time.

As per the California Highway Patrol group, it is possible that the person was struck by a vehicle which fled the scene. It was not disclosed at this time how the authorities arrived to this conclusion.
No other information was immediately available. The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office is conducting the investigation.
