FRESNO (August 27, 2017) – A pedestrian was killed in a traffic incident on Highway 180 to Highway 99 interchange early Saturday morning, according to Fresnobee.
As per the article, the incident was reported just before 1:00 a.m.
Witnesses narrated that they have seen the pedestrian already lying down on the westbound Highway 180 transition ramp to northbound Highway 99.
