4 Injured in Fresno Collision
FRESNO, Calif. (August 10, 2023) – A head-on car accident left four people injured Wednesday night at East Jensen Avenue near McCall Avenue in Fresno.
A 5-month-old infant was among the four people injured around 9:10 p.m. on August 9th, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
A driver in a Chevrolet Impala with no headlights on was reportedly traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Jensen Avenue. The car collided with a westbound Chevrolet pickup truck occupied by two adults and a baby, according to Your Central Valley news.
Paramedics responded and rushed the driver of the Impala to a hospital with major injuries. Meanwhile, the two adults and infant in the pickup truck were also taken to the hospital. One of those people had major injuries, another moderate injuries and the infant was taken as a precaution.
The Fresno accident on Jensen Avenue remains under investigation.
