2-Vehicle Collision on Highway 41 Friday
Fresno, CA (January 3, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred on State Route Highway 41.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a taxi and another vehicle collided in the northbound side of the highway on December 31, Friday. Officials mentioned the accident took place near the Mckinley Avenue offramp.
Shortly after 3:24 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to one person found with injuries. At this time, the name of the victim and the extent of their trauma have not been revealed thus far.

The CHP dispatch mentioned the driver of the taxi fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Detectives stayed at the scene to investigate several factors surrounding the car crash on State Route 41 in Fresno.
