Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Crash at Cornelia and Jensen Avenue Wednesday
Fresno, CA (May 12, 2021) – A motorcycle rider suffered injuries following a traffic accident in the area of Cornelia and Jensen Avenue Wednesday morning.
According to Your Central Valley, a motorcyclist crashed into the back of a car at the Fresno intersection. Primary reports indicated the vehicle was at a stop at the time of the collision. The driver of the car was apparently getting ready to make a left turn at the crossing. For reasons still unclear, the motorcyclist failed to slow down and rear-ended the vehicle.
The crash took place at approximately 6:30 a.m.

Officials confirmed the rider sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. Due to the extent of trauma of the motorcyclist, responding paramedics transported the man to Fresno Community Regional Medical Center for treatment. The name of the patient, and their condition at this time have not been revealed thus far.
Meanwhile, authorities mentioned the driver of the car appeared unharmed after the incident.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate at this time the precise cause of the motorcycle and car accident at Cornelia and Jensen Avenue.
