Major Injury Motorcycle Accident Highway 180 (Whitesbridge Avenue)
FRESNO, Calif. (May 17, 2022) — A major injury Fresno motorcycle accident happened Tuesday on state Route Highway 180 also known as Whitesbridge Avenue.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 5:43 a.m. near North Grantland Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A driver in a black Ford pickup truck reportedly collided with the black Harley Davidson Ultra Classic motorcycle due to unknown circumstances.
Paramedics responded due to major injuries suffered by the motorcycle rider. They transported the injured rider to a hospital for further treatment. The victim’s name, gender and identity are unknown at this time.
Meanwhile, a tow truck removed the damaged motorcycle from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the collision.
