2 Women Hit and Injured by Vehicles on Highway 180
FRESNO (June 9, 2018) – Two women were injured after being struck by vehicles on Highway 180 Saturday morning, according to Fresno Bee.
Primary reports indicated the accident happened around 10:15 a.m. when a female party fell off her two-wheel motorcycle, for unknown reasons. A passing woman on a three-wheel motorcycle then reportedly stopped to help the downed motorist.
Investigators believed two eastbound vehicles were unable to stop on time to avoid hitting the women on the highway. As per the article, the two vehicles who struck the female motorcyclists apparently crashed into each other as they tried to stop for the wreckage in the flowing traffic.
