Fresno Motorcycle Hit-and-Run Crash Clark Street Near McKinley Avenue

3 Injured in Fresno Hit-and-Run Crash on Clark Street Near McKinley Avenue

FRESNO, CA (June 24, 2021) – A motorcyclist and two other people were injured after a hit-and-run crash on Clark Street in Fresno.

According to an article published by the FOX 26 News, officers received a call about the accident on Thursday night.

The incident happened when a male motorcyclist was going south on Clark Street in Fresno. Police said for an unknown reason, a Mustang bumped into him.

The rider then fell off his motorcycle and landed onto the road. The Mustang drove off at a high rate of speed and continued southbound on Clark towards McKinley Avenue.

Driver Hits Motorcycle, Flees On Foot

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Highway 41. They found the motorcyclist hurt in the roadway as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel provided treatment to the victim for the minor injuries they sustained in the wreck. Meanwhile, the Mustang spun out of control and slammed into a tree.

The man driving the Mustang abandoned his two wounded passengers in the car and fled on foot. Authorities are still searching for the suspect.

Officers forced a portion of Clark Street to shut down following the crash. The Fresno hit-and-run accident is still under investigation.
