Woman Hospitalized After Collision at Clovis and Airways
Fresno, CA (November 30, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred Monday in the area of Clovis Avenue and Airways Boulevard.
Patrol Vehicle vs. Car Crash in Fresno
The ABC30 News reported a Fresno County Sheriff’s K-9 unit collided with a civilian car at the intersection in Fresno. Our sources indicated the deputy was responding to a call, with their lights and sirens turned on. Preliminary investigation revealed the patrol vehicle drove against a red light at the crossing of Clovis and Airways. When the deputy entered the intersection, they collided with an SUV driven by an unidentified woman.
Shortly after 8 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics rendered first aid to the victim, then transferred her to a hospital for further treatment. Personal information on the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
