Pedestrian Hospitalized After Crash Near at Granville Homes Subdivision Wednesday
Fresno, CA (May 5, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident in the area of Friant and Copper Avenue Wednesday morning, the FOX26 News reported.
Our sources indicated an adult male, and female were crossing at an intersection in a Granville Homes subdivision in Fresno. While walking on the roadway, a passing pickup truck hit one of the pedestrians.

Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 7 a.m. Paramedics rendered aid to the two pedestrians, and later confirmed at least one person sustained life-threatening injuries from the collision. Due to the condition of the victim, paramedics rushed them to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the wreck.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine liability in the pedestrian accident at Friant and Copper Avenue in Fresno.
