There are many steps that should be taken following a collision to ensure your legal rights are protected, but this can vary depending on the circumstances. When a school bus or government entity is involved, there are shorter time limits to file a personal injury claim. It’s important that you act immediately. First, you should get medical help to ensure the best possible recovery. Next, a claim should be filed against the at-fault party or parties if more than one person is responsible.
We hope you are able to get the help you need for a complete recovery and that you are fully compensated for all your financial losses, but if you feel you need legal help, call us at 855-703-4186 to request a free consultation.
