FULLERTON, California (April 1, 2016) — Charles Pendleton, 62, of Hemet has been identified as the driver killed in a collision with a light pole Thursday night on Magnolia Avenue, just south of Orangethrorpe Avenue, an Orange County Coroner report stated.
The fatal crash took place about 5:40 p.m. last night. Paramedics responded and rushed the critically injured man to the Anaheim Regional Medical Center in Anaheim where he was treated, but died at 6:15 p.m. the same night.
The Fullerton Police Department is heading up the investigation into the crash to determine liability for this man’s sudden death.
