
2-Vehicle Crash in Fullerton on State Route 57
FULLERTON, Calif. (April 3, 2023) — A two-vehicle Fullerton crash happened Monday on the Orange 57 Freeway at Chapman Avenue.
At least one person was injured in the 9:55 a.m. crash on April 3rd, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The drivers of a gray Honda Civic sedan and a silver Toyota Prius sedan collided due to unknown circumstances in the northbound lanes of State Route 57, police said.
The driver of the Toyota suffered back pain in the Fullerton crash on the 57 Freeway.
Paramedics responded to help those injured in the crash, but it’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed both of the vehicles including the Honda with moderate front-end damage.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Fullerton crash on the 57 Freeway.
