FULLERTON (November 21, 2016)- According to the Los Angeles News, a 53-year-old-man of Huntington Beach identified as Robert Wolters suffered fatal injuries following an accident Monday morning at 1405 Orangethorpe Avenue.
The incident was first reported at 7:15 a.m. at Atlas Building Supply.
Preliminary investigations disclose that Wolters had been operating or near a forklift when it suddenly tipped over and fell on top of him.
The 53-year-old man did not survive and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Per the article, the incident remains under investigation.
