San Bernardino Man Killed in Crash at Kendall Drive and Little Mountain Drive
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (June 18, 2020) — Gabriel Matthew Sierra, 26, of San Bernardino, died Tuesday afternoon in a collision at Kendall Drive and Little Mountain Drive in San Bernardino.
The crash took place at 12:41 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The San Bernardino Police Department responded to the intersection where a crash involving multiple vehicles had taken place.
Sierra was the driver of a Infiniti G37 that was allegedly speeding eastbound on Kendall Drive toward Little Mountain Drive when a Toyota 4Runner traveling in the opposite direction began to make a left turn. The two vehicles collided at the intersection and Sierra suffered major injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:48 pm., police said. The driver of the Toyota, a 46-year-old Rialto resident, was not hurt.
The San Bernardino Police Department is heading up the investigation into the crash.
