
1 Killed, 3 Injured in Crash on Garden Grove Boulevard
GARDEN GROVE, CA (April 22, 2023) – A crash killed one person and injured several others on Garden Grove Boulevard in Garden Grove.
According to an article published by My News LA, the tragic accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on April 22 at about 3:30 p.m.
Garden Grove police said the incident happened when four vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city. The cars crashed in the 10800 block of Garden Grove Boulevard.
Police described the vehicles involved as a blue Ford 500 sedan, a white Ford Mustang, a silver Honda Odyssey and a blue Toyota RAV4.
Multiple Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found a total of four people hurt. They confirmed that one of the victims, a 52-year-old Santa Ana man, died as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the other three patients to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Garden Grove Boulevard to shut down for a time following the crash. The cause of the fatal wreck is still under investigation.
